1. Exchange Policy

  • No Refunds or Returns: We do not offer refunds or returns for any products once purchased.
  • Product Exchange: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only applicable if the product is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
  • Customized products or software-based services are not eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at +91 7290020507 within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Once the product is reviewed and approved for exchange, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
  • Shipping costs for the exchange, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer unless the fault lies with iClear.

4. Exclusion of Warranty

  • Any tampering, unauthorized repairs, or misuse of the product will void the warranty and the product will not be eligible for exchange.
